Strategy. Soul. Self.
Three words for the catalytic power of integrating strategic clarity, inner depth, and personal mastery.
A framework for consciously architecting and building lives and organisations of substance, impact and integrity.
The name of my weekly letter.
The pillars of my coaching practice.
Strategy — because navigating today’s complexity requires clarity and intent.
Soul — because meaning, care and connection give us purpose.
Self — because transformation starts with us, with how we are in the world.
Who I Work With
I work with people who want to create significant impact, lead with purpose, live joyful lives, and build a better world. They are typically the founders or CEOs of mid-sized companies or senior managers and executives in large businesses and public organisations.
Many seek coaching at moments of transition or intensity — stepping into a new role, stretched between responsibilities, deciding what’s next (and making it happen), seeking to amplify their leadership impact, or, sometimes, just feeling stuck, not knowing what is next. Together, we architect their future.
Several clients go on to establish years-long strategic partnerships, navigating successive leadership transitions and organisational challenges as their impact scales.

My Purpose
At the core of my coaching practice is this question: “How, in a complex and ever-changing world, do we consciously architect and build lives and organisations of substance and impact?”
My work helps leaders act in answer to that question with both depth and intention — for themselves, their organizations, and the world we live in.
My Approach
I view leadership as a lifelong craft. My coaching reflects this: I dedicate 600 hours a year to scholarship in strategy, organisational excellence, leadership and personal mastery.
My coaching is intellectually rigorous, embraces complexity, and fosters connection, learning, and curiosity. I integrate strategic rigour and human depth to help you create impact that is both meaningful and enduring.
It is a highly personalised and reflective process — shaped by strategy, systems thinking, developmental psychology, and years of coaching senior executives across multiple sectors.
Our work links insight to action. It disrupts entrenched patterns. It surfaces better questions and makes room for sharper decisions. It is transformative and pragmatic.
Clients say they become both more anchored and more agile. They increase their capacity to act systemically and strategically, whilst simultaneously crafting their own identities and ways of living and leading.
They find language for what matters, clarity for what’s next, and the tools and energy to make it happen.
Systemic Impact
My coaching often begins with one leader but rarely ends there. I support leaders to become authors of culture, not just actors within it.
As my clients gain clarity and confidence, the effects of our work ripple into strategy, organisational design and institutional cultures.
It is the result of deliberate work: surfacing the assumptions and habits driving organisational practice, and challenging inherited models of leadership.
The leaders I work with reshape team dynamics, restructure governance, shift organisational tone, and clarify their institution’s strategic story and reimagine their own stories so that they’re able to live and lead sustainably and with joy.
