Executive and business coaching
I started my full-time coaching practice in 2019 after twenty years in business leadership.
The core of my coaching practice is one-on-one sessions, that give one of three outcomes:
As my practice evolved, I have responded to three client needs, namely:
- Executive support.
- Stimulating a learning culture.
- Expanding the coaching conversation into larger groups.
All of my work is supported by my commitment to intellectual rigour and ensuring that I am appraised of the latest research in the domains of leadership, strategy, and personal mastery. To this end I invest 600 hours a year in learning, and I write a weekly letter (strategy, soul & self) to share some of those insights.
