My work rests on two premises:
- Integrated Leadership
- Our most powerful leadership emerges when our personal and business objectives, patterns, behaviours and habits are integrated and mutually reinforcing.
- There are general leadership principles we must know and understand. They are most effective when we integrate them into our own way of leading and living life.
- Sustainability and Authenticity
- Leadership success must be built on a sustainable personal life. Without that, life becomes exhausting, and unpleasurable, ultimately leading to failure.
- Leadership must be authentic. Operating in ways that are out of harmony with who we are makes us less impactful, effective, and happy.

Programme Structure
Ten 90-Minute Sessions Over Five Months
The First Three Sessions – Understanding Yourself
In the first three sessions, you will develop an understanding of yourself, your capabilities, and your context.
Many of my clients comment they’ve never had an experience like it, where they explicitly integrate their history, values, learning together with their professional identity and journey.
This integration provides you with a robust framework to direct the next phase of your leadership journey.
The Next Four Sessions – Evolving Your Leadership Strategy
In the next four sessions, we evolve your leadership strategy in ways that leverage your strengths, whilst ensuring that your weaknesses (we all have them) are not fatal to your success.
You will be required to read, listen to podcasts and do ‘homework’ (for example, engaging with other executives, initiating 360-degree feedback, experiment with the design of team meetings and one-on-ones).
My leadership clients typically reserve at least one hour a week to further their coaching experience outside of the sessions. During this time, they may be reading, researching, experimenting with new ways of leading and undertaking any other actions that we agree will strengthen their leadership and strategic capacity and capabilities.
This cycle of deepening understanding, exploring possibilities, testing hypotheses through learning and action, reflecting and adjusting enables you to experience qualitative shifts in your leadership effectiveness.
The Final Three Sessions – Consolidating Your Learning
Our final three sessions consolidate your learning and vision for the next two to four years of your professional life.
