Group Coaching
The first seven years of my coaching practice focussed almost exclusively on individual coaching. During this time, I came to appreciate that, whilst incredibly powerful, it has limitations.
From 2025, I began using learning and reading – books, articles and designed curricula – to take teams on journeys in which they widen their knowledge, ignite their curiosity and deepen their connection with each other.
A third space
Our organisations are large and complex. For any change to be sustainable, the ingredients of trust – a shared language and community – are essential. Too often, our team building initiatives fall into two categories: the crisis intervention when things are wobbling or the playful connection of an off-site. Both are important. Neither is enough.
My group coaching offerings provide a third space, a space in which the leaders in your business develop a common language and learning habit; a shared lexicon of mental models and case studies; and an ability to debate, and to think critically and contextually.
